BENEFICIARY: Filipino Warehouse Procedure Educator
Our client is from the Philippines. His employer was willing to do an immigration petition for him. Our client has a Bachelor’s degree in Education. After talking to our client, our firm concluded that his employer could petition him as a Warehouse Procedure Educator. Based on our client’s working background, our office determined that he is eligible for EB-3 classification.
Before filing PERM, our firm prepared the prevailing wage request and all other pre-PERM filing steps. On March 14, 2022, the request was filed. After we obtained Prevailing Wage determination, the Petitioner filed the job order on March 9, 2023. On May 23, 2023, we filed PERM. On June 13, 2024, the PERM Labor Certification was approved – an EB3 position for the Filipino beneficiary. Now our client can file an I-140 petition.
