Our client contacted us in August 2023 to seek legal representation for her N-400 application. She came to the United States from Russia and obtained her green card in November 2018 through her marriage to her US citizen spouse.
Once retained, her N-400 was filed on October 18, 2023 with all supporting documents. Before her citizenship interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On April 22, 2024, our client appeared at the Albany, NY USCIS office for her interview. She answered all questions correctly and passeds. On May 3, 2024, her application was approved. Her oath taking is scheduled and she will be a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
