CASE: N-400 (Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in June 2022 to seek legal representation for his naturalization application. He came to the United States from Nigeria and obtained his green card in May 2019 through marriage to a US citizen.
His N-400 application was filed on July 12, 2022 with all supporting documents. Prior to his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On February 27, 2023, our client appeared at the Cleveland USCIS office for his naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed his naturalization interview. On March 1, 2023, his application was approved. His oath taking is scheduled in which he will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
