CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in February 2024 to seek legal representation for his N-400 application. He came to the United States from Iraq and obtained his green card in June 2021 through VAWA.
Once retained, his N-400 was filed on February 28, 2024, with all supporting documents. Prior to his interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On October 1, 2024 our client appeared at the Detroit, MI USCIS office for his naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed. One day later, his application was approved. His oath taking is scheduled and he will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
