CASE: N-400 Naturalization

Our client contacted us in August 2023 to seek representation for his N-400 application. He came to the US from Mexico and obtained his green card in April 2019 through marriage to a US citizen.
Once retained, his N-400 was filed on August 28, 2023 with all documents. Before his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On November 28, 2023, our client appeared at the Philadelphia, PA USCIS office. He answered all questions correctly and passed. On April 5, 2024, his application was approved. His oath-taking is scheduled and he will be a U.S. Citizen.
