Our client came to the United States from India and obtained her green card in October 2018 through marriage to a US citizen. She contacted us in April 2023 to seek legal representation for her N-400 application.

On January 23, 2024, our client appeared at the Charleston, SC USCIS office for her naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed her interview. On the same day, her application was approved. Her oath-taking is scheduled and she will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
