Our client contacted us in September 2023 to seek legal representation for his naturalization and citizenship application. He came to the United States from India and obtained his green card in June 2019 through marriage to a US citizen.
Once retained, his N-400 application was filed on September 21, 2023, with all supporting documents. Before his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On December 6, 2023, our client appeared at the Durham, NC USCIS office for his naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed his interview. On December 18, 2023, his application was approved. His oath-taking is scheduled in which he will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
