CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us to seek legal help for her N-400 application. She came to the United States from Guatemala and obtained her green card in January 2001. However, she was placed in removal proceedings in the past. With our office’s help, she won Cancellation of Removal for LPR case in the immigration court in 2013. She got her permanent residency back.
Once retained, her N-400 was filed on August 3, 2023 with all supporting documents. Before her interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On August 19, 2024, our client appeared at the Pittsburgh, PA USCIS office for her naturalization interview. Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our office also accompanied our client. She answered all questions correctly and passed. On August 26, 2024, her application was approved. Her oath taking is scheduled and she will be a U.S. Citizen.
