Marriage Based Petition and Green Card Approval for Filipina Client in Manchester New Hampshire

CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

NATIONALITY: Filipina

LOCATION: Manchester, NH

Our client from the Philippines came to the U.S. with a B-2 visitor’s visa in June 2021. Since then, she has remained in the United States. In September 2021, our client married her current U.S. citizen husband.  Our client and her husband filed an I-130 petition and I-485 application in October 2021; however, her I-485 application was denied due to her failure to respond to the Request for Evidence.

She retained our office for her green card application on March 23, 2022.  Our firm filed the I-485 Application on April 12, 2022 based on the pending I-130 petition.  All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On December 5, 2023, our client was interviewed at the Bedford, NH USCIS office. The next day, our client’s green card application was approved.
