Our client is from Nepal who came to the U.S. on a F-1 student’s visa in August 2015. In September 2021, our client married his U.S. citizen wife. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On November 17, 2022, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) for our client’s I-693 medical record. On December 1, 2022, our office filed the response to RFE along with his medical. on February 28, 2023, his green card application was approved.
