Our client came to theUnited Statesin 2010 with an F-1 student visa fromSouth Koreato study in theUnited States. He married a U.S. Citizen in December 2011 and retained our office on January 26, 2012 for his petition and adjustment of status application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 petition and I-485 adjustment of status application on February 24, 2012. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits all came on time. There were no requests for evidence. Prior to the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients at our office. On May 15, 2012, our client was interviewed at theCleveland,OhioUSCIS office.
