Our client contacted our office in October of 2021 regarding his I-751 application.
He is from Nigeria and he married a U.S. citizen in April 2019. He obtained a 2-year conditional green card in January 2020. His conditional residency was terminated in January 2022. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his spouse had to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. He retained our office on October 29, 2021. Our office filed the I-751 application to the USCIS on November 23, 2021. On August 10, 2023, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. He received his 10-year green card.
