Our client contacted our office in October 2023 regarding her I-751 application.
She is from the Philippines and married a U.S. citizen in September 2021. She obtained a two-year conditional green card in January 2022. Her conditional residency terminated in January 2024. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and her husband had to file an I-751 joint petition. She retained our office, and on October 26, 2023, we filed the I-751 application with USCIS. In January 2025, USCIS scheduled an interview for our client. Before the interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On February 13, 2025, our client was interviewed for her I-751 application at the USCIS Cleveland, OH, Field Office. On February 13, 2025, USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. She then received her 10-year green card.
