Our client contacted our office in August of 2021 regarding her I-751 application.
She is from Canada and she married a U.S. citizen in April 2019. She obtained a 2-year conditional green card in November 2019. Her conditional residency expired in November 2021. To follow the immigration requirements, our client and her husband had to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove the Conditions. She retained our office on August 30, 2021 and on September 7, 2021, our office filed the I-751 application to the USCIS. On March 17, 2023, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application without any Request for Evidence (RFE). She received her 10-year green card.
