Our client contacted our office in April of 2023 regarding her I-751 application.
She is from Iran and married a U.S. citizen in April 2020. She obtained a 2-year conditional green card in September 2021. Her conditional residency terminated in September 2023. To comply with requirements, our client and her husband had to file an I-751 Joint Petition. They retained our office and on June 7, 2023, our office filed the I-751 to the USCIS.
In September 2024, the USCIS scheduled an I-751 interview for our client. Before the interview, our office prepared our client via conference call. On October 22, 2024, our client was interviewed for her application at the USCIS Cleveland, OH Field Office. Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our office also accompanied our client. On October 28, 2024, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. She then received her 10-year green card.
