Our client contacted our office in July of 2023 regarding his I-751 application.
He is from India and married a U.S. citizen in March 2021. He obtained a 2-year green card in October 2021. His conditional residency terminated in October 2023. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his wife had to file an I-751 Joint Petition. He retained our office and on July 24, 2023, our office filed the I-751 to the USCIS. On October 30, 2024, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. He then received his 10-year green card.
