Our client contacted our office in June 2023 regarding her I-751 application. She is from Colombia and married a U.S. citizen in July 2021. She obtained a 2-year green card in October 2021. Her conditional residency terminated in October 2023. To comply with requirements, our client and her husband had to file an I-751 Joint Petition. They retained our office on June 22, 2023, and then our office filed the I-751 to the USCIS. On October 9, 2024, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. She received her 10-year green card.
