Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with a J-1 visa in 2015. Though her J-1 program, she got her J-1 waiver in 2019. Thereafter, she has remained in the United States. She married a U.S. Citizen in October 2022. She retained our office on February 6, 2023 for her green card.
Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on February 21, 2023. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On March 21, 2024, our client was interviewed at the Sacramento, CA USCIS office. The next day, our client’s green card application was approved.
