Our client came to the United States from Ghana as a F-1 student. She married a U.S. Citizen in July 2022. They retained our office on December 2, 2022 for her green card application. Our firm and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on January 12, 2023. Before the interview, we prepared her via conference calls. On June 25, 2024, she was interviewed at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office. On June 28, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
