Our client came to the United States from the Philippines and works in the U.S. on an H-1B status as a teacher. She married a U.S. Citizen in January 2024. They retained our office on January 20, 2024 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on March 4, 2024. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On October 16, 2024, our client was interviewed at the Centennial, CO USCIS office. Attorney Sung Hee Yu, Esq. from our office also accompanied them. On October 17, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
