I-130 and I-485 Marriage-Based Petition and Green Card Approval for Chilean Client in Parsippany New Jersey

CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

CLIENT: Chilean

LOCATION: Parsippany, NJ

Our client came to the United States from Chile as a visa waiver visitor (WT) in July 2016. Since then, she has remained in the United States even after her 90-day authorized period expired. She married a U.S. Citizen in April 2023. She retained our office on May 11, 2023 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 and I-485 Applications on May 30, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On August 14, 2023, the USCIS issued a Notice of Intent to Deny and requested our client to submit her bona fide marital evidence with her U.S. citizen spouse. Our office filed our client’s response to NOID with numerous marital evidence on September 7, 2023. On September 21, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved
