Our client came to the United States from Canada with a B-2 visitor’s visa. She married a U.S. Citizen in August 2022. She retained our office on September 2, 2022 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on October 24, 2022. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On August 16, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
