CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client came to the United States from South Korea with an E-2 employee visa to work. He married a U.S. Citizen in March 2023. He retained our office on April 20, 2023 for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on May 1, 2023. Things went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On July 15, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved without any RFE or interview.
