CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client came to the United States from the Philippines on an H-1B. She married a U.S. Citizen in October 2021. She retained our office for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on March 7, 2022. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On April 10, 2023, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence and asked our client to submit her bona fide marital evidence with her U.S. citizen husband. Our office filed our client’s response to RFE with numerous evidence on April 20, 2023. On May 17, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
