Our client came to the United States in March 2023 as a K-1 visa entrant from the Philippines. She is the beneficiary of an approved I-129F petition. They got married in June 2023.
Our client contacted our office and consulted with us for her adjustment of status. She retained our office on January 15, 2024. After the retention, our firm filed the I-485 Application on March 26, 2024. On October 2, 2024, the USCIS approved her I-485 application.
