CASE: Diversity Immigrant Visa Based Green Card

LOCATION: Roanoke Rapids, NC
Our client came to the United States from Zimbabwe and currently works as a teacher under H-1B status. In 2023, our client applied for Diversity Visa program and got an immigrant visa for him and his family members.
Our client retained our office on June 2, 2023 for his family members’ I-485 applications. Our office filed the applications, together with all supporting documents on May 2, 2024.
Prior to the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On July 31, 2024, our clients were interviewed at the Durham, NC USCIS office. The interview went well, and on the same day, his and his family members’ green cards were approved.
