Our client is a naturalized US citizen and her father came to the United States in May 2022 on a B-2 visa from India. She retained our office on May 17, 2022.
Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Immigrant Visa Petition and the I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on June 21, 2022. Everything went accordingly and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On April 3, 2023, our client’s father’s adjustment of status application was approved.
