Our client came to the United States in September 2021 as a K-1 visa entrant from China. Our client is the beneficiary of an approved I-129F petition. He came to the United States as a K-1 Fiancé of a U.S. Citizen whom he married within 90 days of his entry. He married in October 2021.
Our client contacted our office initially and consulted with us for his adjustment of status application. He retained our office on October 18, 2021. Our firm filed the I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on November 2, 2021. Things went well and the receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment came on time. On August 1, 2023, his green card application was approved without an interview.
