CASE: I-130 (Petitions for Parent) and Adjustment of Status

Our client retained us to petition for his father who came to the U.S. from the Philippines. He is a US citizen and his father came to the United States with a B-2 visa. They contacted our office in November 2023 and talked with us about his I-130 petition and his father’s adjustment of status application. After consulting, he retained our office on November 18, 2023.
Once retained, our firm filed the I-130 Petition and the I-485 Application on March 14, 2024. Things went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On August 14, 2024, our client’s father’s application was approved.
