Our client arrived in the United States from Nigeria on a B-2 visitor visa in February 2023. She married a U.S. citizen in July 2023 and retained our office on August 23, 2023, for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on October 18, 2023. The process proceeded smoothly, with receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment scheduled promptly. We thoroughly prepared our client for the interview via conference calls.
