Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with a B-2 visitor’s visa in September 2023. He married a U.S. Citizen in January 2024. They retained our office for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on February 5, 2024.
On August 6, 2024, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client to submit more marital evidence between him and his spouse. Our office filed the RFE on September 5, 2024. On September 13, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
