BENEFICIARY: Filipino 6th Grade Elementary Teacher

Our client had an employer that was willing to petition him for an I-140. Our client has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary, a valid Montana Teaching license, and had worked for his employer since September 2020. Based on our client’s working background, our office determined that he is eligible for EB-3 classification for his I-140 petition. He retained us in July 2022.
Before filing PERM, our firm prepared the prevailing wage request and all other steps which are important to pre-PERM filing. Within a week from retention, the request was filed. After we obtained the PW determination, the employer filed the job order on March 15, 2023. On July 12, 2023, we filed PERM.
On September 18, 2024, the PERM Labor Certification was approved – an EB3 position for the Filipino beneficiary. Our client can now file his I-140 petition at any time.
