Our client came to the United States from Kenya with her J-1 visa in July 2021. She married a U.S. Citizen in November 2022. They retained our office on February 26, 2024 for her application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on March 26, 2024. On August 26, 2024, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client to submit additional marital documents. Our office filed our client’s response to RFE on September 5, 2024. On September 10, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
