Our client retained us to petition for her father who came to the U.S. with an L-1A visa from Colombia. Once retained, our firm filed I-130 Petition and the I-485 Application on March 11, 2024 for her father. Things went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On September 8, 2024, our client’s father’s adjustment of status was approved.
