Our client came to the United States from Mexico with a B-2 visitor’s visa in October 2023. Thereafter, she has remained in the United States. She married a U.S. Citizen in March 2024. They retained our office on March 6, 2024 for her green card application. Our firm prepared the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on March 21, 2024. On August 28, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
