CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client came to the United States from Saudi Arabia with a F-1 student visa to study. He married a U.S. Citizen in August 2023. They retained our office on January 9, 2024 for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on February 8, 2024. However, on July 24, 2024, the USCIS issued Request for Evidence for our client to submit additional marital documents. We filed our client’s response to RFE on August 26, 2024. On August 30, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
