Our client came to the United States in February 2024 from Libya. He is the beneficiary of an approved I-129F petition. He came to the United States as a K-1 Fiancé of a U.S. Citizen whom he married within 90 days of his entry. They married in March 2024.
He contacted our office and consulted with us for his adjustment of status. He retained our office on March 31, 2024. After retention, our firm filed the I-485 Application on May 2, 2024. On August 9, 2024, the USCIS approved his I-485 Application.
