CASE: H-1B Visa Petition – Change in Employer
PETITIONER: Public Schools in Halifax, NC
BENEFICIARY: Filipino 3rd Grade Math Teacher
Our client is a Public School in Halifax, NC. They contacted our office in May 2024 to seek assistance from our office for their employee’s H-1B transfer petition. The beneficiary obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. The preferred position for the Beneficiary is a 3rd Grade Math Teacher. This position is a “specialty occupation” because the requirement for this position is a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or its equivalent.
