Our client is a dental clinic located in North Andover, MA. They contacted our office in early March 2024 to seek legal assistance for a possible H-1B petition for their foreign employee.
The beneficiary obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine in the United States. Also, he had 4 years of residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the U.S. He is a licensed dentist in Massachusetts. The position for the Beneficiary was able to qualify as a specialty occupation.
Upon retention, our office registered for H-1B selection process. His case was selected for 2025 Fiscal Year H-1B quota. Our office filed the H-1B visa petition with supporting documents on May 13, 2024 via regular processing service. Our client’s H-1B was approved on July 25, 2024.
