Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with J-1 visa in September 2019. She married a U.S. Citizen in July 2021. They retained our office on August 26, 2022 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on October 20, 2022.
On April 29, 2024, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client to submit additional marital documents between her and her husband. Our office filed the response to RFE on June 25, 2024. On July 3, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
