Our client retained us to petition for his father who came to the U.S. from India. Our client is a naturalized citizen and his father came in November 2023 with B-2 visitor’s visa. He contacted our office in May of 2024 and discussed with us regarding his I-130 petition and his father’s adjustment of status.
Once retained, our firm filed I-130 Petition and the I-485 Application on June 10, 2024. On July 23, 2024, our client’s father’s adjustment of status application was approved.
