CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our Filipina client came to the United States with a B-2 visitor’s visa in November 2023. She married a U.S. Citizen in January 2024. They retained our office on January 18, 2024 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on February 15, 2024.
However, on May 6, 2024, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence to submit more marital documents between her and her husband. Our office filed our client’s RFE on May 13, 2024. On June 29, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
