Our client retained us to petition her parents who came to the U.S. from the Philippines to visit their daughter. Our client was born in Philippines, and naturalized in the United States. She contacted and retained our office in February 2024 regarding the I-130 for her parents and their adjustment of status. Once retained, our firm filed the I-485 Application on March 14, 2024 for her parents. On June 1, 2024, our client’s parents’ adjustment of status applications was approved.
