Our client contacted our office in July of 2021 regarding his I-751 application.
He is from Moldova and he married a U.S. citizen in March 2019. He obtained a 2-year conditional green card in October 2019, so his conditional residency was good until October 2021. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his spouse had to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. He retained our office on August 3, 2021 and we filed the I-751 application on August 10, 2021. On April 8, 2023, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application without any Request for Evidence (RFE). He then received his 10-year green card.
