CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with a H-1B visa to work as a physician. She married a U.S. Citizen in September 2023. They retained our office on December 4, 2023 for her green card application. Our firm prepared the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on February 8, 2024.
On June 4, 2024, the USCIS issued Request for Evidence for our client to submit additional = documents between her and her husband. Our office filed the response to RFE on June 20, 2024. On July 2, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
