Our client came to the United States from Israel with his B-2 visitor’s visa in January 2017. He married a U.S. Citizen in January 2023. They retained our office on February 27, 2023 for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on March 9, 2023. However, on January 9, 2024, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client to submit additional marital documents between him and his wife. Our office filed our client’s RFE on January 29, 2024. On June 25, 2024, our client’s green card was approved.
