Our client contacted our office in December 2021 regarding her I-751 application.
She is from the Philippines and married a U.S. citizen in June 2019. She obtained a 2-year conditional green card in February 2020, so her residency terminated in February 2022. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and her husband filed an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions.
They retained our office on December 2, 2021, and on January 10, 2022, our office filed the I-751 to the USCIS. On July 1, 2024, the USCIS approved our client’s application. She received her 10-year green card.
