I’m a US citizen my husband ‘s case has been administravely closed by a Judge. He was scheduled for adjustment of status when we arrived the representative informed us that the case was not terminate. Please I need some advices.

Irvine, thanks for the comment. Did the CIS deny the case outright? Did you show the administrative closure approval to the officer or did you submit that at the time of filing? If it is a problem, you should try to get termination with the Judge. Feel free to call us to discuss further.
